2012 Food Vendor Information

The 18th Annual Eagan Art Festival: Saturday, June 23rd, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday, June 24th, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., 2011 on the festival grounds of the Eagan Community Center in Central Park. See the map further directions.

Attendance: The past three years the festival has had attendance of 6700 plus. We project that attendance will be 6800 - 7000 patrons this year. The festival accepts 9 - 12 food vendors and up to 100 artists annually. We expect the 2012 Eagan Art Festival to continue to be one of the most well attended events in the area!

Apply: The postmark deadline for food vendor applications is March 19, 2012. Be sure to read the Food Vendor Requirements, then fill out an application form, Minnesota State ST19 form, and a vendor booth layout and menu form to apply to the festival. Please mail all four documents when applying, along with the application fee and a copy of your license.

Payment: Please send a $100 deposit with the application materials to secure a vendor spot in the festival. Upon acceptance, the $100 will become a part of the vendor fee with the full balance due on or before April 25, 2012. Vendors who are not accepted will be reimbursed the $100 deposit.
